Moroccan Fish Stew Bill Granger Recipe

The culinary Ruhr region in the new "Falstaff"

Welch RUHR.2010 sustained propaganda effect of the Ruhr, shows the new edition of the "Falstaff . Originating from Austria, Gourmet magazine features, now that the Capital of Culture year is almost over, in, under the title " West, a lot of new "a four-page report on the restaurant landscape in the Ruhr area, supplemented by three pages of addresses and short descriptions of hot spots in the region.

The author Hans-Peter Siebenhaar spent a weekend in the Ruhr, and that his article quite like the bon vivant, is because the seven-hair an intense background basic conversation had with him. Even the "Manifesto for a culinary movement in the Ruhr " is quoted briefly. Otherwise, the gastro-heroes come from our beautiful region to speak: Berthold Buehler and Henri Bach of the "Residence" and Erika Bergheim of "Nero" Hugenpoet in the castle. Something had to smile on the gourmet that the Dorstener chef Bjorn Friday and his "Golden Anchor" are not mentioned, but in the address part of the beautiful and quite notable restaurant next to the star of Eleanor Henschel colleague Frank Rosin appears in Dorsten. Even Stefan was quoted by the guest house style Stromberg Waltrop, together with Mario Kalweit in Dortmund and others in the group is holding up "the area" the flag of the Ruhr kitchen.

Why much of the hot-spot addresses from Dusseldorf in the Ruhr region is, however, is beyond the understanding of enjoyment. Is it because the Ruhr region, together with their environment from beyond the white sausage equator, but only as a single-pot tastes, or the author at his Stippviste not enough indigenous truffle discovered in the district, which he took to make?

A small addition to the food section over the Ruhr area is in "Falstaff" issue a column about beer culture of author Conrad Seidl, in the history of beer in Germany in one at the Bochum Fiege Pils explained.
